Jiayuan’s Commitment to Child Safe Standards

Our Commitment

Jiayuan is dedicated to upholding Child Safe Standards, maintaining a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of abuse, neglect, or harm to children. The safety and wellbeing of all children in our programs are our top priorities.

We strive to create environments where every child and young person feels valued, empowered, and safe.

Jiayuan acknowledges the historical and ongoing impact of white settlement on First Nations people and is committed to ensuring the cultural safety of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children. We also recognize and address the unique challenges faced by children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

We understand that children with disabilities and LGBTQI+ children have additional vulnerabilities. Jiayuan is committed to meeting their individual needs to ensure their inclusion, empowerment, and wellbeing.
